Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following circumstances:

• An active investigation or ongoing dispute

Fg99's bonus and promotion offers are designed to provide added value for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, casino games, and live dealer games on fg99. Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be changed or cancelled .

Sports Betting Rules:

• If an event is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds locked in at the time a bet is accepted are final — any changes to odds before the match begins do not apply to previously accepted bets.
• Fg99 is not liable for any disruptions caused by loss of internet connection during live betting.
• Fg99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error.

Casino Game Rules:

• The rules for each game can be found within the game itself.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• The use of RNG (Random Number Generator) ensures that every outcome is completely unbiased.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg99 platform and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating accounts under different identities or using strategic account setups to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Any form of match fixing or use of insider information is prohibited.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security measures is strictly prohibited.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Accessing or sharing another user's account is strictly prohibited.

Fg99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is detected
• If KYC information is false or incomplete
• If suspicious financial activity is identified
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority

Members may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding winnings and balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met.

Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 after 12 months of inactivity. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
